Best to use a the latest Chromium based web browser such as Google's Chrome Browser.
Disable any ad or pop-up blockers enabled on your browser.
See also next point to 'allow'..
You must do both of the following..
If you are on a mobile device:
1. 'Enable' (Turn On) GPS 'Location' from your mobile device. Go to 'Settings' > 'Location'.
And
If you are on a mobile device or computer:
2. 'Allow' this site to detect your location sent by your device on initial load.
How? (For web browsers).
On the left of the address bar there is a small (i) for 'info' icon with options e.g. left of https:// (top left). Each browser is slightly different.

Note: If you are on a computer, the location will not be as accurate (as computers do not have GPS built in) i.e. best guess.
Also GPS (usually) requires 'line of sight' to the sky. GPS may not work underground (parking), tunnels, tin (metal) sheds or buildings, underwater etc. If GPS receiption fails your device will fall back to triangulation from mobile cell towers (less accurate). etc
Currently not possible, Coming soon. Source is www.Google.com > Maps.
